Timmalc Hair Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility: We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases from Timmalc Hair. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to, opened hair care products, hair accessories (such as hairbrushes, combs, and hair extensions), and products that have been used or altered.

3. Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must follow these steps: a. Contact our customer support team at support@timmalchair.com within 30 days of receiving the order, providing the order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return. b. Our support team will review the request and provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the return items back to Timmalc Hair. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the returned items. The shipping costs for returning the item will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged item).

5. Refund Process: Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will notify the customer via email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider.

6. Exchanges: If a customer wishes to exchange an item for a different size or color, they can follow the return process mentioned above and place a new order for the desired item separately.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or the wrong product is shipped, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to the customer.

8. Cancellation of Refund: If a refund has been initiated but the item is returned to us after the 30-day window or fails to meet the return eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to cancel the refund request.
